2.1 Website Services

The Texturepack.BE website provides:

• A platform to discover and download Minecraft Bedrock Edition texture packs
• User accounts for uploading and managing texture packs
• Search and filtering functionality for finding texture packs
• User profiles with optional social media links
• Community features for sharing and discovering content

2.2 Discord Bot Services

The Texturepack.BE Discord Bot provides:

• Java Edition Porting: Convert Java Edition texture packs to Bedrock Edition format
• Sky/Heaven Texture Generation: Generate custom sky textures from images
• Texture Pack Editing: Various tools to modify and customize texture packs
• Database Search: Search the Texturepack.BE database directly from Discord

4.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using Discord OAuth or email registration
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

4.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Keep your contact information up to date

4.3 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your uploaded content will be removed
• Some information may be retained as required by law

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the texture packs and content you upload. By uploading content to Texturepack.BE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make your content available to other users through our Services.

5.2 Content Requirements

When uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to share the content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The content complies with our Community Guidelines
• The content is accurate and not misleading

5.3 Content Types

We accept the following types of texture packs:

• Original Creations: Texture packs you created yourself
• Edition Ports: Java Edition packs converted to Bedrock Edition (with proper attribution)
• Mix Packs: Combinations of textures from various sources (with proper credits)

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Texturepack.BE name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Texturepack.BE. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

6.2 Minecraft Trademark

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. Texturepack.BE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft. All Minecraft-related content is used in accordance with Mojang's usage guidelines.

6.3 DMCA / Copyright Claims

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a notice to info@texturepack.be including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material with URL
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

8.1 Bot Usage

• The bot is provided free of charge for personal use
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Do not abuse, spam, or overload the bot with requests
• The bot may have usage limits or cooldowns

8.2 File Processing

• Files are processed in temporary memory only
• All submitted files are deleted immediately after processing
• We do not store, review, or retain any files you submit
• You are responsible for the content of files you submit

8.3 Output Quality

Conversion and generation results are provided "as is." Due to differences between Minecraft editions, some textures may not convert perfectly. We do not guarantee specific quality or compatibility of output files.

8.4 Server Administrators

By adding the bot to your Discord server, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your server. You are responsible for ensuring your server members comply with these Terms when using the bot.

11.1 By You

You may stop using our Services at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your uploaded content will be removed from our active servers.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Your conduct harms other users or our Services
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice)

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect
• We may retain certain data as required by law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Texturepack.BE regarding your use of our Services.
